Here at 3C Synergy, we wanted to create an exciting and rewarding scheme, to reward people for their referrals. So Gold Star referral was born.
You simply earn gold stars based on the amount of people you refer to 3C Synergy. You can then collect and redeem your gold stars towards qualifying incentives from our Gold Star catalogue.
Incentives range from dinner for 2 at a top restaurant, to weekends away in Bali and even the chance to go on our star prize, a fully paid holiday to Australia, no expenses spared!

Rules
The person(s) you recommend must not be already registered with 3C Synergy. Gold Stars/incentives are awarded once the referrals have completed a probationary period with the new employer as follows:
- Permanent staff - 12 weeks completed
- Contract workers - 200 hours on a single or concurrent assignment(s)
3C Synergy retains the right to modify or terminate the terms and conditions of the Gold Star referral scheme without any requirement to notify other parties involved.
