For those who have ever wondered what we do with our time, well we have pledged to embark on a non-stop search, searching high and low, in all corners of the globe, looking for talent to represent now and in the future.

Not an easy feat, luckily for us we adopt precision techniques in searching, finding and attracting candidates with that little something extra.

Database search

We have invested in powerful technology which supports our database. This ensures we can search for our registered candidates with speed and precision. We have cultivated links with all levels of professionals, operating within real estate, property and construction.

Our consultants pursue a stringent process to contact, qualify and brief candidates who match your brief. With the candidate's consent, we will make a formal introduction to you, presenting you with our candidate's resume, our observations and any other supporting material you require.

 

Executive search

A highly effective and proven method of recruitment, where a small pool of candidates are highlighted for a very specific brief.

Our research team drive the process by identifying and drawing up a list of suitable candidates. We then share this information with our client and discuss a targeted strategy, which is then implemented by way of approaching and interviewing specific individuals.

Our clients are only presented with a final short-list, once 3C Synergy has completed it's stringent qualifying process and produced a comprehensive report on each potential candidate.

 

Advertising campaigns

We keep a constant presence in related media, both on and offline, and often run advertising campaigns parallel to conducting database searches. This ensures a double-impact approach when reaching out to potential candidates, by creating maximum exposure. Advertising campaigns can be designed to be 'open' or confidential.

We manage the applications, screen and interview relevant candidates and finally submit the short-listed candidates with our detailed observations, for our client's consideration.
