Welcome to 3C Synergy
Because we believe our Consultants are as important as our Clients and Candidates (and they all happen to begin with the letter C) hence our name '3C' Synergy.
A warm welcome to all consultants and fellow agencies visiting our website. The first thing you should know about us, is that we have no qualms in admitting that this is a difficult club to join. We are not in a rush to put 'bums on seats' and take our time in finding and nurturing talent.
We believe a happy workforce makes for better business. Achieving the work/life balance is important to us, and so is injecting vibrancy and 'play' into our working days.
Being a transparent consultancy, we are happy to consider partnering with some of our competitors, or other business's serving the real estate, property & construction verticals. We find that there is enough business in the market to enable cross-selling, sharing ideas and resources with each other.
We have successfully worked with consultancies, with similar ethos and mindsets as our own. By constructing 'partnership agreements' we can help all members of the consortium to reach a win/win solution, for clients and candidates alike.
